Returns process

We ask you to send an email to info@pflanzensensor.de with your order number and your return statement. If you are dissatisfied with the product, you bear the cost of the return shipment. If there is a defect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can send you a return label.

Report a defect within the warranty period

Of course, we grant a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on all products purchased from us. Further information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions. If the purchased product has a defect, we need it for processing.

Warranty processing

To register the product for the warranty, please send an email to info@pflanzensensor.de. Please include the order number and the defect in the email. Describe the defect as thoroughly as possible so that we can respond promptly.

We will contact you immediately to discuss the further processing.
